These Terms of Use explain the rules and conditions for using SubTrack+.

1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Use apply to your access to and use of SubTrack+, a subscription tracking app developed by Huanelia Studio.
By downloading, accessing, or using SubTrack+, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.
2. About SubTrack+
SubTrack+ is designed to help users manually record, organize, and review their subscriptions, recurring payments, renewal dates, categories, icons, payment methods, reminders, widgets, spending summaries, and related information.
SubTrack+ is a personal organization tool. It is not a bank, financial institution, accountant, financial adviser, legal adviser, tax adviser, payment processor, or subscription cancellation service.
3. No Financial, Legal, Tax, or Professional Advice
SubTrack+ provides tracking and organization features only. Any information, summaries, spending estimates, reminders, currency conversions, monthly snapshots, widgets, or Smart Spending Insights shown in the app are provided for general personal organization purposes.
SubTrack+ does not provide financial, legal, tax, accounting, investment, budgeting, or professional advice. You should make your own decisions and seek professional advice where appropriate.
4. User Responsibility
You are responsible for the information you enter into SubTrack+, including its accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
You are also responsible for reviewing your actual subscription accounts, payment providers, bank accounts, credit card statements, Apple ID subscriptions, and service providers directly. SubTrack+ may help you track information, but it does not guarantee that your subscriptions, payments, cancellations, renewals, billing dates, or amounts are accurate or complete.
5. Subscription Cancellation and Inactive Status
SubTrack+ may allow you to mark a subscription as inactive inside the app. Marking a subscription as inactive only changes its status in SubTrack+. It does not cancel the subscription with the provider, App Store, bank, card issuer, payment provider, or billing service.
If you want to cancel a real subscription or stop future charges, you must cancel it directly with the relevant provider, platform, App Store account, bank, card issuer, or billing service.
6. Reminders and Notifications
SubTrack+ may provide reminder and notification features. These features are intended to assist you, but they are not guaranteed to be delivered at any specific time or delivered at all.
Notification delivery may depend on your device, operating system, app permissions, notification settings, battery settings, Focus modes, network conditions, and other factors outside our control.
You remain responsible for monitoring your own subscriptions, renewal dates, and payment obligations.
7. Widgets
SubTrack+ may provide Home Screen widgets that show subscription totals, active subscription counts, upcoming renewals, renewal dates, icons, names, or estimated amounts.
Widgets are intended for convenience only. Information shown in widgets may depend on local app data, device settings, iOS widget refresh behavior, and privacy settings inside the app. Widget information may not always be immediately updated.
8. Payment Method Organization
SubTrack+ may allow you to save optional payment method details to help organize where recurring charges are concentrated. This feature is for personal tracking only.
SubTrack+ is designed to save only limited payment method information, such as a nickname, payment type, and optional last 4 digits. You must not enter full card numbers, card expiry dates, CVV codes, bank login details, passwords, or payment account credentials into SubTrack+.
Payment method information shown in the app is not a bank statement, payment confirmation, or guarantee of where a real charge will occur. You should verify actual charges directly with your payment provider.
9. Currency Conversion and Exchange Rates
SubTrack+ may support multiple currencies and estimated currency conversion. Converted amounts are estimates only and may differ from the rates used by banks, card issuers, payment providers, app stores, or subscription providers.
Exchange rates may change over time. SubTrack+ does not guarantee that exchange-rate data, converted totals, or foreign-currency insights are accurate, complete, current, or suitable for financial decision-making.
10. Smart Spending Insights and Monthly Snapshots
SubTrack+ may provide spending summaries, category breakdowns, renewal schedules, payment method summaries, monthly snapshots, and Smart Spending Insights.
These features are estimates based on the information available in the app, including subscription prices, billing cycles, renewal dates, currencies, exchange-rate estimates, categories, payment methods, icons, and active or inactive status.
Smart Spending Insights are intended to help you review your subscriptions. They do not guarantee savings, prevent charges, cancel subscriptions, or replace your own review of actual accounts and billing statements.
11. Purchases and Premium Features
SubTrack+ may offer free features and paid features, including Premium access, one-time purchases, lifetime purchases, promotional offers, or subscriptions where applicable. Paid features are handled through Apple’s in-app purchase system where applicable.
If SubTrack+ offers a lifetime purchase, “lifetime” means access to the purchased premium features for the lifetime of the SubTrack+ app or product as made available by Huanelia Studio, subject to these Terms, platform rules, technical limitations, and app availability.
If SubTrack+ offers auto-renewing subscriptions in the future and you purchase one, your subscription may renew automatically unless cancelled according to Apple’s App Store rules and your Apple account settings. You can manage or cancel App Store subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.
Pricing, trial availability, renewal periods, purchase types, promotional offers, included features, and availability may vary by country, region, App Store settings, product configuration, or app version.
Refund requests, billing issues, and payment disputes for App Store purchases are generally handled by Apple according to Apple’s own policies.
12. Free Limits and Feature Availability
SubTrack+ may include free usage limits and paid feature limits. For example, some versions of the app may limit the number of subscriptions that can be tracked for free and may require Premium access for unlimited tracking or advanced insights.
We may update, change, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue any feature, limit, design, pricing option, premium option, widget, insight, or availability at any time.
13. App Availability and Changes
We aim to improve SubTrack+ over time, but we do not guarantee that any specific feature, calculation, design, integration, widget, reminder, insight, or premium option will always remain available.
SubTrack+ may be affected by device limitations, operating system changes, App Store rules, third-party platform changes, technical issues, maintenance, or other factors outside our control.
14. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse SubTrack+. You must not:
- Use the app for unlawful, harmful, misleading, abusive, or fraudulent purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, modify, scrape, or exploit the app
- Interfere with the app’s normal operation
- Use the app in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights
- Attempt to bypass payment, purchase, subscription, or premium feature restrictions
- Enter sensitive credentials such as full card numbers, CVV codes, bank passwords, or account login details
15. Third-Party Names, Services, and Platforms
SubTrack+ may allow you to enter or select names of subscription services, categories, payment methods, or platforms for your own organization. Any third-party names, service names, or references are used for identification and organization purposes only.
SubTrack+ may interact with or refer to third-party platforms, such as Apple’s App Store, StoreKit, device notification services, WidgetKit, exchange-rate sources, or external subscription providers. Third-party services are controlled by their respective providers and may be subject to their own terms and policies.
Huanelia Studio is not responsible for third-party services, payment processing, platform rules, exchange-rate providers, device settings, or external subscription providers.
16. Intellectual Property
SubTrack+, including its design, branding, text, layout, features, icons, graphics, code, and related content, is owned by Huanelia Studio or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use SubTrack+ for your own personal use, subject to these Terms.
17. Privacy
Your use of SubTrack+ is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled when you use the app.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties
SubTrack+ is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Huanelia Studio disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that SubTrack+ will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, current, or always available, or that any information shown in the app will be accurate, complete, timely, or suitable for your needs.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Huanelia Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, savings, subscriptions, business, goodwill, or opportunity arising from or related to your use of SubTrack+.
This includes, without limitation, missed reminders, incorrect entries, renewal charges, failed cancellations, subscription fees, payment issues, exchange-rate differences, inaccurate estimates, widget refresh delays, app errors, device issues, or reliance on information displayed in the app.
20. Termination
You may stop using SubTrack+ at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or discontinue access to the app or certain features if we believe these Terms have been violated or if required for legal, security, technical, platform, or operational reasons.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we make changes, we may update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of SubTrack+ after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
22. Governing Law
These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Singapore, unless another law is required to apply under mandatory consumer protection rules in your country or region.
