1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use apply to your access to and use of SubTrack+, a subscription tracking app developed by Huanelia Studio.

By downloading, accessing, or using SubTrack+, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.

2. About SubTrack+

SubTrack+ is designed to help users manually record, organize, and review their subscriptions, recurring payments, renewal dates, categories, reminders, and related information.

SubTrack+ is a personal organization tool. It is not a bank, financial institution, accountant, financial adviser, or subscription cancellation service.

3. No Financial, Legal, or Professional Advice

SubTrack+ provides tracking and organization features only. Any information, summaries, spending estimates, reminders, or calculations shown in the app are provided for general personal organization purposes.

SubTrack+ does not provide financial, legal, tax, accounting, or professional advice. You should make your own decisions and seek professional advice where appropriate.

4. User Responsibility

You are responsible for the information you enter into SubTrack+, including its accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.

You are also responsible for reviewing your actual subscription accounts, payment providers, bank accounts, credit card statements, and service providers directly. SubTrack+ may help you track information, but it does not guarantee that your subscriptions, payments, cancellations, or renewals are accurate or complete.

5. Reminders and Notifications

SubTrack+ may provide reminder and notification features. These features are intended to assist you, but they are not guaranteed to be delivered at any specific time or delivered at all.

Notification delivery may depend on your device, operating system, app permissions, notification settings, battery settings, network conditions, and other factors outside our control.

You remain responsible for monitoring your own subscriptions and renewal dates.

6. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Premium Features

SubTrack+ may offer free features, paid features, subscriptions, free trials, or lifetime purchases. Paid features are handled through Apple's in-app purchase system where applicable.

If you purchase an auto-renewing subscription, your subscription may renew automatically unless cancelled according to Apple's App Store rules and your Apple account settings. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.

Pricing, trial availability, renewal periods, and included features may vary by country, region, App Store settings, promotional offers, or app version.

Refund requests, billing issues, and payment disputes for App Store purchases are generally handled by Apple according to Apple's own policies.

7. App Availability and Changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of SubTrack+ at any time, including features, design, pricing, premium options, or availability.

We aim to improve the app over time, but we do not guarantee that any specific feature will always remain available.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse SubTrack+. You must not:

• Use the app for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, modify, or exploit the app
• Interfere with the app's normal operation
• Use the app in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights
• Attempt to bypass payment, subscription, or premium feature restrictions

9. Intellectual Property

SubTrack+, including its design, branding, text, layout, features, and related content, is owned by Huanelia Studio or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use SubTrack+ for your own personal use, subject to these Terms.

10. Privacy

Your use of SubTrack+ is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled when you use the app.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

SubTrack+ is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Huanelia Studio disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that SubTrack+ will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or always available, or that any information shown in the app will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your needs.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Huanelia Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, savings, subscriptions, business, goodwill, or opportunity arising from or related to your use of SubTrack+.

This includes, without limitation, missed reminders, incorrect entries, renewal charges, failed cancellations, subscription fees, payment issues, app errors, device issues, or reliance on information displayed in the app.

13. Third-Party Services

SubTrack+ may interact with or refer to third-party platforms, such as Apple's App Store or device notification services. Third-party services are controlled by their respective providers and may be subject to their own terms and policies.

Huanelia Studio is not responsible for third-party services, payment processing, platform rules, device settings, or external subscription providers.

14. Termination

You may stop using SubTrack+ at any time. We may suspend or restrict access to the app or certain features if we believe these Terms have been violated or if required for legal, security, technical, or operational reasons.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we make changes, we may update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of SubTrack+ after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Singapore, unless another law is required to apply under mandatory consumer protection rules in your country or region.
