1. Overview

SubTrack+ is a subscription tracking app developed by Huanelia Studio. The app is designed to help users record, organize, and review their own subscription information, including renewal dates, prices, billing cycles, categories, icons, payment methods, reminders, widgets, and spending insights.

We value user privacy and aim to keep SubTrack+ simple, transparent, and respectful of personal information. SubTrack+ does not require you to create an account.

2. Information You Enter Into the App

When using SubTrack+, you may choose to enter information such as:

• Subscription names
• Subscription prices
• Billing cycles, such as monthly or yearly
• Renewal dates
• Started-on dates
• Categories and custom categories
• Subscription icons and category icons
• Reminder preferences
• Payment method nicknames
• Payment method types, such as Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, PayPal, bank account, or other
• Optional last 4 digits for a payment method
• Optional notes or other details you choose to add

This information is used to provide the core features of the app, including subscription tracking, spending summaries, renewal calendars, category breakdowns, payment method organization, widgets, reminders, and Smart Spending Insights.

3. Payment Method Information

SubTrack+ lets you optionally save payment method information to help organize recurring charges. This feature is intended for tracking and organization only.

SubTrack+ is designed to save only limited payment method details, such as a nickname, payment type, and optional last 4 digits. SubTrack+ does not ask you to enter full card numbers, card expiry dates, CVV codes, bank login details, passwords, or payment account credentials.

4. Local Storage

SubTrack+ is designed to store your subscription tracking information on your device unless otherwise stated. This includes your subscriptions, categories, icons, payment method details, reminder preferences, and app settings.

Some features, such as monthly snapshots and Smart Spending Insights, may create local summaries based on the information you saved in the app. These summaries are used to show changes in your subscription spending over time.

If future versions introduce cloud sync, account features, analytics, or other online services, this Privacy Policy will be updated to explain how those features work and what information may be processed.

5. Widgets

SubTrack+ may provide Home Screen widgets so you can view subscription totals and upcoming renewals without opening the app.

To support widgets, SubTrack+ may save a local widget snapshot using Apple’s app group storage on your device. This helps iOS display the widget. Widget snapshots may include subscription names, icons, renewal dates, and amounts, depending on your app settings.

If you enable privacy-related settings in the app, widget information may be hidden or reduced to protect sensitive subscription details on your Home Screen.

6. Notifications and Reminders

SubTrack+ may request permission to send notifications so that it can remind you about upcoming subscription renewals. Notification permission is controlled by your device settings, and you can enable or disable notifications at any time.

Reminder notifications are intended as helpful prompts. Delivery may depend on device settings, system limitations, app permissions, and other factors outside our control.

7. Spending Insights and Monthly Snapshots

SubTrack+ may use the subscription information you enter to calculate spending summaries, category breakdowns, renewal schedules, payment method summaries, monthly snapshots, and Smart Spending Insights.

These insights are estimates based on the information available in the app, including subscription prices, billing cycles, renewal dates, currencies, categories, payment methods, and active or inactive status.

Smart Spending Insights are intended to help you review your subscriptions. Marking a subscription as inactive inside SubTrack+ only updates its status in the app. It does not cancel the subscription with the provider, App Store, bank, card issuer, or billing service.

8. Currency Conversion and Exchange Rates

SubTrack+ may support multiple currencies and estimated currency conversion so that you can view subscription spending in your selected display currency.

Exchange-rate estimates may be updated through external data sources or services. These rates are used to calculate estimated converted amounts. Currency conversion values may change over time and may not exactly match the rate used by your bank, card issuer, App Store, payment provider, or subscription provider.

SubTrack+ is designed to use exchange-rate information for calculation purposes only. Your subscription entries, payment method nicknames, and notes are not sold for advertising or data brokerage.

9. Purchases and Premium Features

SubTrack+ may offer paid features, such as Premium access or lifetime purchases. Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Huanelia Studio does not directly collect or store your full payment card details.

Apple may process payment-related information according to Apple’s own terms and privacy policies. You can manage purchases, refunds, and purchase history through your Apple ID and App Store settings.

10. Support Communications

If you contact Huanelia Studio for support, we may receive the information you choose to include in your message, such as your email address, app issue description, device information you provide, screenshots you attach, or other details you voluntarily send.

We use support communications to respond to your request and improve the app.

11. Information We Do Not Sell

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not use subscription entries, categories, payment method nicknames, widget data, or monthly snapshots that you create in SubTrack+ for advertising sales or data brokerage.

12. Analytics, Advertising, and Third-Party Services

The current intended design of SubTrack+ does not rely on third-party advertising. SubTrack+ does not show third-party ads inside the app.

SubTrack+ uses Apple platform features such as the App Store, StoreKit, local notifications, and WidgetKit where applicable. If analytics, crash reporting, cloud services, or other third-party tools are added in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe those services.

13. Data Accuracy and User Control

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into SubTrack+. You may add, edit, mark inactive, or delete your subscription records within the app where those features are available.

You may also manage custom categories, icons, payment method details, privacy settings, reminders, and other preferences where supported by the app.

14. Data Deletion

You can delete information that you entered into the app by using the app’s available delete or edit features. You may also remove the app from your device.

Depending on your device settings and backup configuration, copies of app data may remain in device backups controlled by your operating system or Apple account.

15. Children’s Privacy

SubTrack+ is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us.

16. Security

We take reasonable steps to design SubTrack+ in a privacy-conscious manner. However, no app, device, or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your device, Apple ID, and device passcode secure.

17. International Users

SubTrack+ may be available to users in different countries or regions. By using the app, you understand that your use of the app may be subject to the laws and platform rules applicable in your location.

18. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we may update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of SubTrack+ after changes are posted means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
