1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use apply to your access to and use of Growth Journal, a progress journaling app developed by Huanelia Studio.

By downloading, accessing, or using Growth Journal, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.

2. About Growth Journal

Growth Journal is designed to help users manually record, organize, and review personal progress across areas such as work, reading, learning, routines, and self-reflection.

Growth Journal is a personal organization and journaling tool. It is not a therapist, medical provider, employer, school, coach, financial adviser, legal adviser, or professional certification service.

3. No Professional Advice

Growth Journal provides tracking, journaling, organization, and reflection features only. Any summaries, patterns, insights, prompts, or progress information shown in the app are provided for general personal organization purposes.

The app does not provide medical, mental health, legal, financial, academic, employment, or other professional advice. You should make your own decisions and seek professional advice where appropriate.

4. User Responsibility

You are responsible for the information you enter into Growth Journal, including its accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.

You are also responsible for how you interpret and use your own entries, notes, reflections, and progress records. Growth Journal may help you organize information, but it does not guarantee personal improvement, productivity results, academic outcomes, work performance, career advancement, or any specific result.

5. Personal Notes, Sensitive Content, and iCloud

You control what you write in the app. You should avoid entering information that you do not want stored on your device, synced through your private iCloud account, exported, or included in your own progress records.

If you record sensitive personal information, you are responsible for protecting your device, Apple ID, device backups, iCloud settings, and any screenshots or exports you create.

Growth Journal may sync entries through Apple's iCloud and CloudKit services when iCloud is enabled and available. Syncing depends on your Apple ID, iCloud settings, iCloud storage, internet connection, device settings, and Apple's services. We do not guarantee that syncing will be instant, uninterrupted, or available in all situations.

6. Reminders and Notifications

Growth Journal may provide reminder or notification features. These features are intended to assist you, but they are not guaranteed to be delivered at any specific time or delivered at all.

Notification delivery may depend on your device, operating system, app permissions, notification settings, battery settings, network conditions, and other factors outside our control.

7. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Premium Features

Growth Journal may offer free features, paid features, subscriptions, free trials, or lifetime purchases. Paid features are handled through Apple's in-app purchase system where applicable.

If you purchase an auto-renewing subscription, your subscription may renew automatically unless cancelled according to Apple's App Store rules and your Apple account settings. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.

Pricing, trial availability, renewal periods, and included features may vary by country, region, App Store settings, promotional offers, or app version.

Refund requests, billing issues, and payment disputes for App Store purchases are generally handled by Apple according to Apple's own policies.

8. App Availability and Changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of Growth Journal at any time, including features, design, pricing, premium options, or availability.

We aim to improve the app over time, but we do not guarantee that any specific feature will always remain available.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Growth Journal. You must not:

• Use the app for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, modify, or exploit the app
• Interfere with the app's normal operation
• Use the app in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights
• Attempt to bypass payment, subscription, or premium feature restrictions

10. Intellectual Property

Growth Journal, including its design, branding, text, layout, features, and related content, is owned by Huanelia Studio or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Growth Journal for your own personal use, subject to these Terms.

11. Privacy

Your use of Growth Journal is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled when you use the app.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Growth Journal is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Huanelia Studio disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that Growth Journal will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or always available, or that any information shown in the app will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your needs.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Huanelia Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, savings, business, goodwill, opportunity, productivity, academic results, work results, or personal outcomes arising from or related to your use of Growth Journal.

This includes, without limitation, lost entries, incorrect records, missed reminders, app errors, device issues, backup issues, iCloud sync issues, reliance on information displayed in the app, or decisions made based on your own progress records.

14. Third-Party Services

Growth Journal may interact with or refer to third-party platforms, such as Apple's App Store, iCloud, CloudKit, or device notification services. Third-party services are controlled by their respective providers and may be subject to their own terms and policies.

Huanelia Studio is not responsible for third-party services, payment processing, platform rules, device settings, backups, iCloud availability, CloudKit syncing, or external services.

15. Termination

You may stop using Growth Journal at any time. We may suspend or restrict access to the app or certain features if we believe these Terms have been violated or if required for legal, security, technical, or operational reasons.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we make changes, we may update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Growth Journal after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Singapore, unless another law is required to apply under mandatory consumer protection rules in your country or region.
